  • What?

The Crate and Crowbar is a weekly PC gaming podcast produced by a group of friends who live in Bath, UK and work in the games industry. We also do spinoff podcasts about miniatures, TV, and whatever else comes to mind.

Caution: we swear quite a lot.

  • When and where?

Once a week, normally on a Friday. You can download the MP3s or stream each episode from this very website, or subscribe via the podcast RSS feed.

Click here to subscribe on iTunes, if you're that way inclined.

  • Who?

Tom Francis (@pentadact) is an indie developer and former PC Gamer writer. His new game Heat Signature is out now.

Tom Senior (@PCGLudo) is the online editor of PC Gamer and occasionally writes about things that have gone into his eyes, ears or mouth on his blog, BlamBlamBoom. 6/10.

Philippa Warr (@philippawarr) is the deputy editor of PC Gamer. Her expertise spans wildlife photography, biscuits, IP law, opposites, art, and counting.

Chris Thursten (@cthursten) is a freelance writer, formerly of PC Gamer. He's a writer and designer for the indie hacking MMO Hackmud.

Alex Wiltshire (@rotational) writes about games for PC Gamer, RPS and Edge, and is also the author of some books. He is always sure to grab at only the low hangingest of flutes.

PEOPLE WHO ARE DEAD TO US NOW

Graham Smith (@gonnas) is the managing editor of Rock, Paper, Shotgun. He is tall, Scottish, and has a beard.

Marsh Davies (@marshdavies) is an illustrator and sometime games journalist who does word things for Mojang.

  • Who do I talk to about all of this?

If you'd like to hang out with the Crate & Crowbar community, you can do so on our Discord server!
  • I have so many questions!

Then send them to us! You can mail us at questions@crateandcrowbar.com or tweet us @crateandcrowbar.

We'll answer a bunch of questions in each episode, but we won't always get through all of them. Don't worry! We keep a backlog.
